Cancellation Policy
* Cancellation made 48 hours or less before check-in or tour date is NON-REFUNDABLE. * No refund will be made in case of notices less than 48 hours before the activity or if the service was not used or the tour was missed due to not showing up at the indicated time. * If Bohol and Beyond Tour Services have to cancel the tour for any reason (including bad weather), we will give you a full refund of your payment (excluding the PayPal and other payment channels’ service charge) or offer to reschedule your tour (subject to slots availability) as long as the cancellation happened before the day of the tour. * STRICTLY NO REFUND NOR REBOOKING is allowed for NO-SHOW on the tour date. * NON-REFUNDABLE in cases of NO SHOW of one (1) or more guests on tour date. * Cancellation of booked local sea transportation, hotel accommodationsis NON-REFUNDABLE. * Hotel accommodation booked through us is non-refundable once confirmed. * Refund will be processed within a maximum of 15 banking days through cash deposit or online fund transfer to your bank accounts (like BDO, Metrobank, BPI, Chinabank, PNB, Security bank) or e-wallets (e.g. GCash, PayMaya, etc.). If you have paid online through PayPal, the refund will be processed via PayPal but take note that the PayPal service charge (around 5% of your payment) won't be refunded. For refunds processed to bank accounts or through remittance payment centers in other countries, please note that service charges or processing fees will be deducted from the total amount to be refunded. You may also collect the cash and Philippine pesos refund at our office.
